Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept online credit/debit card payments and cheques. At present we are able to accept orders from within the UK and in British Pounds only. If you are ordering from a country other than the UK please contact us first to get P&P quote.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

Shipping and handling to UK addresses is FREE of charge for orders over £15. For orders up to £15 of value we charge £1 within the UK. We will ship your order by Second Class Post. If you require your order to be shipped by First Class Post please choose 'First Class Post' option at the checkout in which case you will be charged £1.50 for P&P on orders up to £15 of value and £2 on orders over £15.

European Post & Packing Charges:

Under £10 = £2.50
£10 to £20 = £3.50
£20 to £30 = £4.50
over £30 FREE of charge

United States Post & Packing Charges:

Under £20 = £5.00
£20 to £40 = £9.00
£40 to £60 = £12.00
over £60 = £14.00

Delivery Schedule We will normally process your order within 1 business day of receiving your payment.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges 17.5% VAT is included in all prices. Any duties or taxes payable on purchase of our products are the sole responsibilty of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the duties/tax it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the item(s).

Credit Card Security We do not store your credit/debit card details on our system or files. In fact we never see your credit/debit card details at all as all payments are processed securely by PayPal.
